Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Business with major in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience
  • 0-2 years’ experience in accounting
  • High attention to detail, strong organization, communication, and writing skills.
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven commitment to collaboration and partnerships
  • Ability to network and collaborate cross-functionally on a team.
  • Highly proficient personal computer skills and technology driven

Responsibilities

  • Perform monthly and quarterly financial close tasks.
  • Responsible for updating the company's master data files including material master standard cost.
  • Reconcile various inventory accounts and maintain inventory costing and reporting.
  • Prepare and review ledger journal entries.
  • Maintain general ledger and other financial data.
  • Analyze financial data to assess accuracy and completeness.
  • Generate and interpret financial reports for management.
  • Prepare account reconciliations and resolve reconciling items.
  • Work with cross-functional organizations to accomplish tasks.
  • Backup other department personnel as needed, in particular during planned and unplanned absences.
