Requirements

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is desirable
• Familiarity with Accounting Entries and Accounting Functions
• Capable of performing Account Reconciliation
• Knowledge of processing Accounts Payable (AP)
• Experience with Yardi software is a plus
• Ability to prepare Journal Entries and Adjusting Journal Entries
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical skills for data analysis
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or any related field is preferred

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Yardi software is a plus

Responsibilities

• Efficiently and accurately process customer credit applications
• Maintain precise records of customer credit
• Assist in the generation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Handle general ledger functions and prepare journal entries
• Assist in reconciling balance sheets and bank statements
• Help manage and maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Oversee administrative and clerical tasks related to the finance department
• Collaborate with the financial team on budgeting and audits
• Keep track of financial transactions and documents
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with all accounting and financial regulations
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues
