Construction accounting experience is highly preferred, and a Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred. This role will have very few HR duties. Compensation is flexible and will be based on relevant experience. This organization is on an impressive growth trajectory and is approaching $150 million in annual revenue. In this role, you will serve as the company’s primary accounting expert, acting as the go‑to resource for all accounting-related functions. We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Accountant/Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will maintain accurate financial records by recording daily transactions, reconciling bank statements, processing payroll, and managing accounts payable and receivable. You will prepare financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements, ensuring compliance with tax laws and accounting standards. Proficiency in Excel, high attention to detail, and data entry accuracy are key skills required for this role.
