About The Position

Responsible for the organization's accounting functions, including establishing and maintaining the organization's accounting principles, practices, procedures, and initiatives, preparing financial reports, and presenting findings and recommendations to management.

Requirements

• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office suite of applications (especially Excel) and accounting software system
• BA in Accounting (or equivalent) with a minimum of three (3) to four (4) years’ of progressively responsible experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably as an accountant or equivalent
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player
• Must be able to establish and maintain a strong rapport and positive relationships with all levels

Nice To Haves

• Preference will be given to candidates with the Certified Public Accountant or Certified Management Accountant designations.
• Experience in forecasting and budgeting.
