Job Summary & Responsibilities Prepare journal entries for monthly close, analyze assigned accounts and perform bank & other GL reconciliations. Complete monthly account reconciliations in Oracle-Arc's (Oracle Account Rec Cloud Service) Process payments weekly for ACH, Check, Wires and coordinate with AP Team members. Work with internal and external audit requests. Adhere to SOX AP internal company compliance. Reconcile AMEX accounts for payment processing. Colloborate with AP Team along with external departments such as Purchasing. Contribute to an environment of continuous improvement focusing on streamlining AP processes.

Requirements

Knowledge of Oracle ERP required
Ability to work in a Team environment
Computer Skills- Microsoft Excel, Oracle ERP, Oracle-Arc's (Oracle Account Rec Cloud Service & SAP)
5-10 years of experience in an AP environment

1099 reporting knowledge a plus

Responsibilities

Prepare journal entries for monthly close

Base Salary Range: $71,360.00 - $107,040.00, offered in good faith and based on experience, location, and qualifications.
Additional Rewards: Annual bonus opportunities and potential long-term incentives tied to both company and individual success.
