Our solutions help our customers solve difficult problems in the areas of Anti-Money Laundering/Counter Terrorist Financing, Identity Authentication & Verification, Fraud and Credit Risk mitigation and Customer Data Management. The Account Support Analyst supports the organization in achieving revenue goals by ensuring accurate account maintenance, billing, and process improvement. This non-customer-facing role acts as a liaison between Sales and Fulfillment, handling a variety of account-related tasks and supporting internal teams with timely , accurate information. You will apply your business acumen, multitasking abilities, and effective communication skills across various departments within our company. Hybrid candidates must be located in or able to commute to Alpharetta, GA for monthly in-office days. Additional in-office presence is during Customer Service Week in October.
