About The Position

We're looking for an Account Supervisor to lead the charge on our direct and indirect retail workstreams within our in-house advertising agency, reporting to the Head of Account Management. This role is a hybrid of strategic account management and program management oversight, ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of creative excellence, retail marketing execution, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and empathetic team leader who can confidently partner with creative, strategy, project management, and internal marketing teams ensuring creative and strategic alignment from brief through final delivery.

Requirements

  • Has a passion for marketing, paired with strong organizational and communication skills. Thrives on being part of a team driving effective cross-function collaboration in planning and execution of strategic marketing projects aligned to the business' overall strategy.​ Proven track record of mentoring and leading direct reports.
  • 5-8 years experience in account management, advertising or integrated marketing roles, ideally within an advertising agency
  • Enjoys building relationships, transparency, and accountability in a fast-paced environment .
  • Solid understanding of retail marketing tactics (e.g., print, digital merchandising, product launches, promotions).
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills; you know how to work with creatives, strategists, project managers, and production teams to get great work out the door.
  • Some background or understanding of project management principles (e.g., scoping, scheduling, resourcing).
  • Comfortable navigating complex stakeholder dynamics and aligning multiple teams around shared goals.
  • Highly organized, proactive, solutions-oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills for multi audience updates.
  • Experience with omnichannel programs.

  • While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day account management for the retail marketing workstream, serving as the main point of contact between marketing stakeholders and the internal agency team.
  • Drive development and execution of retail marketing campaigns across digital, in-store, experiential, and other touchpoints.
  • Translate business and marketing objectives into clear briefs and project plans.
  • Work with project management to manage timelines, scopes, and resource allocation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, anticipating needs and managing expectations.
  • Contribute to process improvements that help streamline workstream efficiency without sacrificing creativity.
  • Works with team as a single point of contact, working cross functionally to negotiate solutions and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Addresses problems through risk management and contingency planning and presents solutions and/or options to manager. Ensures effective implementation of solutions/changes.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
