We’re seeking a customer-facing, data-driven Account Strategist (CRO-focused) with 2–4 years of experience to manage and grow a portfolio of direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce clients. This is a client-facing, agency-style role where you will own day-to-day client relationships, ensuring strong communication, alignment, and delivery across multiple accounts. You’ll work closely with internal CRO and growth teams to support experimentation programs (including A/B testing) and help translate performance data into actionable insights for clients. Success in this role requires a balance of client management, analytical thinking, and storytelling—you’ll be responsible for building trust with clients while helping them understand and act on data-driven recommendations.
