About The Position
The Customer/Account Specialist provides full account management support to business, commercial, industrial, national, and/or government customers. This role involves handling customer requests and complaints, interfacing with vendor partners and management to resolve issues, and performing other customer support tasks such as claims processing, contractor invoices, enrollment, billing, and fulfillment.
