Requirements

A bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in client coordination and/or claims management, or a high school diploma with 8+ years of relevant experience.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues in simple terms.
A proactive approach to identifying and addressing critical issues efficiently.

Nice To Haves

P&C Commercial Lines license preferred.
Professional liability coverage knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate commercial lines management processes
Working closely with clients to navigate complex situations and provide solutions that align with their goals.
Identify critical issues quickly and communicate effectively
Fostering trust and building long-lasting partnerships
