About The Position

Account Specialist: To deliver high levels of service to our National Account and Franchise Partners by offering a concierge scheduling service for junk and move jobs that results in high levels of satisfaction and increased job revenue from each account.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Prioritization: Schedule your week and complete tasks in order of urgency & importance
  • Attention to Detail: accurately complete tasks with minimal errors
  • Communication Skills: Have professional & productive interactions with Franchise Partners, NASA partners and internal team members; proactively bring up issues to your internal team
  • Problem Solving: Proactively look for and recommend solutions to issues.
  • Sales Acumen: Ability to close leads by overcoming objections, selling value of CHHJ services.
  • Availability needed would be 11am – 7pm eastern Monday thru Friday (during busy season, this person would be off every 4th Friday and work every 4th Saturday as there will be a rotation in working Saturdays with the other Account Specialists

Responsibilities

  • Respond to scheduling requests and inquiries from Assigned accounts via email phone; and ensure jobs are booked accurately and within agreed upon time frames
  • Create and optimize follow up systems for unbooked leads and ensure every request has a resolution
  • Accurately categorize leads coming in for each account so we can measure success
  • Find solutions for leads that can't be serviced due to location or availability in order to maximize NASA job opportunities
  • Ensure partners receive requested post job paperwork including (claims, photos, donation receipts, inventory lists, additional services forms, etc)
  • Resolve client issues; escalate to Operations Manager when appropriate
