Bostik Inc., a global leader in adhesive technologies, is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Account Specialist to join our team in Radnor, PA. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end sales order process, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting revenue growth through effective account management.

  • Manage customer orders, pricing, and delivery coordination using SAP, Salesforce, and HighRadius
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, order tracking, and issue resolution
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing to align customer needs with production and delivery schedules
  • Maintain accurate customer records, process returns/credits, and support complaint resolution
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with ISO 9000 standards
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3–6 years of experience in order management or customer service, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment
  • Proficiency in SAP (strongly preferred), Salesforce, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
