The Flowtrend group is comprised of several categories of flow control components, including valves, pumps, gaskets, and replacement parts. The Account Specialist processes demand and strengthens customer relationships to achieve company objectives. Flowtrend provides mission critical kits, components, and services to food and beverage facilities in North America, ensuring that uptime is maintained while food quality and safety is protected. Learn more at https://www.steelobrien.com/ Primary Job Duties – Customer Purchase Experience, Product Expertise, Growth Process customer direct and EDI requests for quotes, orders, returns, or information Follow up on Process Care Quotes Cultivate strong customer satisfaction to drive share of wallet and loyalty Execute day-to-day pricing and margin realization through Business Central ERP Deliver timely quotes, orders, returns, communication coverage for assigned customers Execute “Sanitary Simplified” value proposition to deliver best in class experience Collaborate cross-functionally to maximize efforts to meet customer expectations Utilize sales/CRM tools to document customer activities Maintain thorough understanding of industry standards, trends, and best practices. Participate in key account pursuit teams through support and occasional field travel Other duties as assigned. Ability to use office, phone and computer equipment.
