About The Position

As the Manager, Account Specialist, you will lead a team responsible for driving renewals and commercial execution across a portfolio of customers. This role combines leadership, operational excellence, and strategic oversight to ensure retention, accurate forecasting, and incremental growth through upsell and cross-sell opportunities. You’ll partner closely with Customer Success, Sales, Finance, and Legal to deliver a seamless renewal experience and maintain commercial accuracy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years in account management, renewals, or commercial operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in SaaS or recurring revenue environments.
  • Proficiency in CRM and quoting tools (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ platforms).
  • Advanced English proficiency both written and oral.

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Manage and develop a team of Account Specialists, providing coaching, performance feedback, and career development.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee end-to-end renewal processes, ensuring timely execution of quotes, contracts, and forecasting.
  • Commercial Strategy: Drive incremental revenue through low-complexity upsell and cross-sell opportunities; support pricing and negotiation strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with CSMs, Sales, Finance, and Legal to ensure renewal timing and commercial terms support customer value realization.
  • Data & Forecasting: Maintain visibility into renewal performance, pipeline health, and commercial metrics; ensure CRM accuracy and reporting integrity.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement scalable processes, tools, and best practices to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
