HALO is seeking an Account Solutions Specialist who will play a key role in ensuring seamless order flow from placement to payment for substantial amount of client orders. This position serves as the primary point of contact for multiple Account Executives, proactively resolving order issues, facilitating communication between internal and external stakeholders, and driving efficiencies in the order-to-cash process. By collaborating across teams, the Account Solutions Specialist helps transform the organization from tactical order taking to a true business partnership with customers and sales support. HALO is committed to its hybrid workplace model and believes bringing teams together in person on common days is essential to operate as One HALO. As part of this effort, we require employees who reside within a 30-mile radius of the Sterling, IL office to work in-person 1x a week.
