About The Position

Interacts with Customers, Distributors, and the outside sales force via incoming telephone calls, emails, and faxes to process orders and resolve issues with customer accounts. Calls on assigned sales territories to sell Aftermarket products and inform customers of new products and monthly specials. Builds and maintains strong relationships with assigned customers. Works with outside sales forces to secure Aftermarket sales and develop leads. This position is eligible for Commission.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office products. Working knowledge of Microsoft CRM.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Knowledge of general sales principles.
  • Ability to translate technical knowledge into plain and easy-to-understand language.

Nice To Haves

  • Bowling center operation or bowling equipment background preferred.
  • Knowledge of QubicaAMF Worldwide LLC products and systems preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Sell and process orders of traditional Aftermarket products to centers.
  • Service inbound phone calls.
  • Process Distributor orders and inquiries.
  • Process Bowlero orders and inquiries.
  • Work closely with assigned RSMs/DSMs to maintain a common sales strategy and share information.
  • Execute prioritized call lists.
  • Upsell and cross-sell at all opportunities.
  • Gain market share from competitors.
  • Develop customer relationships.
  • Monitor and service the Customer Service voicemail box.
  • Administer the Customer Service inbox.
  • E-shop customer onboarding.
  • Promote eShop adoption.
  • Other duties as assigned.
