About The Position
ACCOUNT SERVICES INTERNSHIP Job Overview: Our highly competitive internship program provides candidates with the opportunity to gain the best hands-on experience that banking has to offer. Fidelity Bank offers real-world opportunities to work in the Account Services department for Summer 2026. The paid internship program will be completed over a 12-week period beginning May through August 2026. The candidate for this position will be responsible for: Assisting with daily tasks completing procedures for the daily tasks learned Assisting with projects with time sensitive deadlines Researching and conducting system maintenance Processing incoming mail requests Attending meetings
Requirements
- A high school diploma (or equivalent)
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic computer skills and ten key
Responsibilities
- Assisting with daily tasks completing procedures for the daily tasks learned
- Assisting with projects with time sensitive deadlines
- Researching and conducting system maintenance
