Western Health Advantage is seeking an Account Services Coordinator to play a vital role in supporting our Sales and Account Services teams. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys collaboration, and takes pride in keeping processes organized, compliant, and customer-focused.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or support role
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in the healthcare industry, particularly within an HMO environment

Responsibilities

• Providing administrative and operational support to the Account Services team, including broker processes, small group workflows, and internal audits
• Delivering responsive, high-quality customer service to internal partners and external stakeholders via phone, email, and written correspondence
• Coordinating open enrollment materials and supporting renewal and maintenance activities for employer groups
• Managing inventory, storage, and distribution of sales collateral and promotional materials
• Ensuring proper document handling, storage, and chain-of-custody compliance
• Reviewing documents for accuracy and maintaining records in accordance with company policies
• Supporting departmental communications, including incoming calls, emails, and faxes
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure information flows smoothly and efficiently
• Assisting with special projects and additional duties as needed
