Account Services/Client Management Director CareBridge - CareBridge Growth and Client Success Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 3 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office. The Account Services/Client Management Director is responsible for establishing relationships across a portfolio of health plans and with key internal stakeholders to drive business results while actively driving growth through expanding existing client solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong relationship and account management skills, significant experience in client-facing roles with executive-level stakeholders, excellent oral and written communication abilities, and a professional presence to effectively represent CareBridge.
