The primary focus of the Account Service Representative is to provide contract support to Account Managers and Sales Leadership. What You’ll Do: Corporate Customer Service Serve as a primary point of contact for account and customer service inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution Partner closely with Account Managers to support the travel needs of corporate travelers and managed accounts Assist with the implementation and processing of Charge Card applications, including GCC/HCC payments Build and maintain strong relationships with client contacts by delivering high‑quality, responsive customer service Coordinate and manage all VIP reservations for assigned corporate accounts Liaise with Hertz Claim Management (HCM) to investigate, track, and resolve claim-related issues Utilize Hertz proprietary systems and reporting tools to research, document, and resolve customer service matters Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal departments to streamline processes and improve service delivery Provide support to other Sales Operations departments as needed to meet business and client objectives Contract Processing Manage the full range of corporate sales opportunity activities, from creation of opportunity through contract signature and upload. Act as key point of contact for Sales team on assigned corporate contracts and ensure that contract parameters are accurate. Communicate clearly and concisely (both verbally and in writing) so that others may understand what is required at all levels within the organization.
