The Account Service Manager is responsible for providing advanced customer service representation and strategic planning for large accounts. This position requires the individual to provide strategic planning and account management for large accounts, direct and manage the administration of contractual requirements and obligations, manage the new and renewal implementation process for accounts, and interface with operations to ensure smooth delivery of services. The role also involves maintaining ongoing account relationships at multiple levels throughout the customers' organizations, making recommendations for improvements to meet customers' expectations, and providing both on-site and off-site customer service, which may include interpreting plan design, researching and resolving phone and written inquiries, resolving claims, benefit and enrollment issues. Additionally, the Account Service Manager coordinates open enrollment meetings, renewal processes, and training sessions, and makes routine account visits.
