About The Position

Account Service Coordinator Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office. The Account Service Coordinator is responsible for providing advanced customer service representation for accounts. How you will make an impact: Interprets and supports plan benefit design. Resolves complex claims, benefit, and enrollment issues. Makes routine account visits. Coordinates open enrollment meetings, renewal process and training sessions; and on-site facility visits.

Requirements

  • Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 3 years of experience managing business operations and/or customer relationship; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
  • Sales license may be required.
