About The Position
Account Service Coordinator- Paragon Healthcare A proud member of the Elevance Health family of companies, Paragon Healthcare brings over 20 years in providing life-saving and life-giving infusible and injectable drug therapies through our specialty pharmacies, our infusion centers, and the home setting. Virtual: This role enables associates to work virtually full-time, with the exception of required in-person training sessions, providing maximum flexibility and autonomy. This approach promotes productivity, supports work-life integration, and ensures essential face-to-face onboarding and skill development. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office. Please note that per our policy on hybrid/virtual work, candidates not within a reasonable commuting distance from the posting location(s) will not be considered for employment, unless an accommodation is granted as required by law. Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pm The Account Service Coordinator is responsible for providing advanced customer service representation for accounts.
Requirements
- Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 3 years of experience managing business operations and/or customer relationship; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
- Sales license may be required.
Nice To Haves
- Account management experience preferred.
- Understanding for specialty pharmacy or infusion preferred.
- Experience with Tableau, excel and pivot tables is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing performance trends and operational drivers
- Building Quarterly Business Reviews
- Interprets and supports plan benefit design.
- Resolves complex claims, benefit, and enrollment issues.
- Makes routine account visits.
- Coordinates open enrollment meetings, renewal process and training sessions; and on-site facility visits.
- Possibility for traveling is required (2-4 times per year).
- May be required to present Quarterly Business Reviews in person.
