To support this, employees in this role are expected to be on-site two days a week, with the flexibility to work three days remotely.
Requirements
- Associate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Communications, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Generally, a minimum of 6 years of experience in personal lines insurance, preferably in a brokerage or agency setting.
- Insurance licensure required.
- Demonstrates advanced communications skills to build and leverage effective customer relationships and explain products and services.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with Producers and insurers.
Responsibilities
- Serves as a primary point of contact for assigned groups of large or moderately complex personal lines accounts, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.
- Manages day-to-day complex clients’ needs including policy changes, certificates of insurance, and billing inquiries.
- Coordinates with Account Managers and Producers to prepare renewals, proposals, and coverage summaries.
- Maintains strong relationships with clients by providing responsive, knowledgeable, and solutions-oriented service.
- Collaborates with insurance carriers to obtain quotes, resolve issues, and process endorsements.
- Ensures data integrity, overseeing accurate maintenance of client records in the agency management system.
- Educate clients on coverage options and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Drives account retention and growth, proactively managing renewals and supporting seamless client onboarding and account setup and documentation.
- Proficient in personal lines new business quoting; assists with agency generated opportunities and Producer referred prospects; markets submissions to carriers, prepares proposals and coverage comparisons.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
