IA Channel Experience Required What You’ll Do You’ll serve as an advisor and advocate for a portfolio of personal lines clients, ensuring each household receives proactive, exceptional service You’ll manage renewals, coverage changes, and retention with confidence while leveraging your product knowledge to identify gaps, improve protection, and deliver peace of mind You'll leverage the tools available to you to offer options, add additional lines, and retain our existing book of business

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in an I ndependent Agency (IA channel), personal lines account management
  • Deep knowledge of carriers, coverage forms, and rating practices
  • Active P&C License
  • Proficiency in the agency's management system, AMS360, and Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional communication, organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
  • Ability to manage renewals and retention strategies
  • A genuine care for people — you enjoy Championing Relationships and Getting It Done right
  • Experience working with insureds in the State of TN

Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of personal lines business with attention and care
  • Proactively review renewals and negotiate with carriers to ensure competitive coverage/pricing and present options to insureds
  • Analyze coverage and compare / present options to insureds
  • Build long-term client relationships through consultative conversations and responsiveness
  • Assist clients with new policies, changes, and claims with empathy and urgency
  • Educate clients on coverage options and risk prevention strategies
  • Identify opportunities for cross-sell and rounding out accounts
  • Partner with team, agency leadership, and underwriters to ensure smooth execution and high client satisfaction
  • Remain current on carrier appetite, market trends, and technology tools
  • Work with high-net-worth clients on their growing portfolio of assets
  • Ask for Google Reviews and Life Insurance
