About The Position

The Account Sales Manager (ASHME) oversees the development and execution of sales strategies and referral development for All Saints Home Medical Equipment (ASHME) and services. This position focuses on growing and managing client accounts, achieving sales targets, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • A valid driver’s license, Motor Vehicle Report, and proof of vehicle liability insurance in amount required by Saint Francis Health System (SFHS) guidelines will be required.
  • Minimum 1 year of related experience in B2B sales, preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal that present clear and concise information.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
  • Strong analytical ability to solve both business and technical problems with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency using computer software applications, specifically Microsoft 365.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with competing deadlines.

  • Experience within a healthcare environment, preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and implements effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand market presence.
  • Identifies new business opportunities and potential markets for DME products.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Negotiates contracts and agreements with clients to secure long-term business relationships.
  • Serves as primary point of contact for major clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
  • Conducts regular meetings with clients to review their needs, presents new products, and provides tailored solutions.
  • Prepares and delivers compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Conducts market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Analyzes sales data and market conditions to adjust strategies and tactics accordingly.
  • Addresses and resolves any issues or challenges that arise with client accounts promptly and effectively.
  • Implements proactive measures to prevent potential problems and improve overall client satisfaction.
  • Participates in the determination and implementation of different promotions, approaches, and methods of increasing referrals and sales of the items and services provided.
