Requirements

High School diploma or GED required.
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in sales or supply chain management preferred
Must have proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Outlook, excel, etc.

Associate or bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Independently analyze customers’ forecasts and place monthly orders.
Monitor inventory levels to ensure appropriate safety stock by using Excel-based rundowns.
Prepare month-end results and compare them against budgets.
Help prepare section’s annual sales budget.
Follow processes for standard account maintenance (Maintaining contact information, notify of price changes, help obtaining certifications like PPAP, customer meetings, help accounting with receivables, etc.)
Support new business development activities. (Setting up customer accounts, setting up new parts with proper pricing, etc.)
