About The Position

As an Account Relationship Representative at Romexterra, you will be instrumental in generating revenue by building and nurturing strong referral partnerships. Your focus will be on growing a network of trusted industry contacts-such as insurance agents, contractors, plumbers, and emergency service providers-who can refer clients to Romexterra when property damage occurs. By understanding our restoration services and clearly communicating their value, you'll help expand our customer base and consistently meet or exceed sales goals.

Requirements

  • A background in Business, Marketing, or a related field (a bachelor's degree is a plus, but not required if experience speaks for itself).
  • A proven track record of success in sales, especially in relationship-driven roles.
  • Excellent communication and people skills-you know how to connect, listen, and build trust.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently while also thriving in a team setting.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and productivity tools like Google Workspace.
  • Able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and manage shifting priorities with ease.
  • Most importantly: you're driven, proactive, and skilled at building lasting professional relationships.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience or familiarity with the insurance industry is a definite advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners to consistently achieve sales targets.
  • Plan and follow efficient client visit routes to maximize productivity and time management (company vehicle provided).
  • Proactively identify ways to deepen client relationships and increase referral opportunities.
  • Utilize events, client outings, and industry gatherings to build rapport and create meaningful touchpoints.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure sales efforts align with current campaigns and messaging.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and submit regular reports using CRM tools and other tracking systems.
  • Monitor industry trends, market shifts, and competitor activity to spot new business opportunities and mitigate risks.
