Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular checks on account transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping
  • Execute daily deposit operations, including sorting, reconciling incoming checks, and preparing trust deposit transmittals
  • Oversee and maintain automatic ACH payments from consumer accounts on a tri-monthly basis
  • Manage automatic credit card payments from consumer credit cards on a tri-monthly basis
  • Handle daily DDA account reviews and Positive Pay
  • Carry out checking account reconciliations for multiple accounts
  • Write checks from the merchant account
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel and other data entry tools to maintain and update records
  • Resolve customer inquiries related to account reconciliation effectively.
