Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, client services, or analytics-driven roles
  • Proven experience managing client relationships and driving customer satisfaction and retention
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting data and translating insights into business recommendations
  • Experience working with CRM systems and customer data
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial clients, building strong, trusted relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Translate client objectives into measurable program strategies, aligning reporting and performance metrics with business goals
  • Lead the delivery of program performance reviews, including dashboards, status reports, and executive-level insights
  • Proactively identify opportunities for account growth, optimization, and expansion in partnership with business development and leadership teams
  • Manage and monitor client KPIs and SLAs, ensuring consistent performance and timely delivery of commitments
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, analytics, and product teams to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and usability
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across reporting, workflows, and client-facing deliverables
  • Oversee reporting standardization and scalability efforts to support commercial growth
  • Facilitate discussions related to data integration, reporting enhancements, and system performance to support seamless client delivery
  • Anticipate client needs and provide strategic recommendations based on data insights and industry trends
  • Support onboarding of new clients and ensure smooth implementation of programs and reporting structures
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of accountability, client focus, and continuous improvement
  • Support additional strategic initiatives and commercial priorities as assigned
