About The Position

As an Account Optimization Manager, you will work as part of a high-performing, collaborative commercial team to enhance competitiveness and availability across an assigned portfolio of hotels. Your goal is to optimize overall performance through data-driven actions and strong supplier relationships.

Requirements

  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to act on data insights.
  • Proficiency in systems and tools for contract management.
  • Experience in hotel contracting or account optimization.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Renegotiate contracting conditions with hotel suppliers to maximize availability, offers, and best rates.
  • Apply data-driven actions and prioritize based on company dashboards.
  • Secure new offers and extra availability directly loaded by suppliers.
  • Partner internally with Contracting Managers to ensure efficient collaboration and strategy alignment.
  • Proactively manage daily contact with assigned hotel suppliers.
