About The Position

B-P Supply, Inc., a third-generation family-owned company, is growing and looking for a dependable, detail-driven Account Operations Specialist I to join our team.
This is an entry-level operations role ideal for someone who is organized, reliable, and ready to build a long-term career in account management and operations.

Requirements

• Must be over 21 years old
• Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Clean driving record
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable attendance
• Clear communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• A willingness to learn and grow
• Monday–Friday | 7 AM–5 PM

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and process customer orders in P21
• Support customer accounts and respond to inquiries
• Coordinate with procurement and delivery teams
• Track order progress and ensure timely fulfillment
• Support continuous improvement in daily operations
