About The Position

Pariveda is seeking an Account Operations Analyst in Dallas to play a key role within our Customer Value and Experience (CVE) organization and Central Operating Group. In this role, you will ensure the operational excellence of our key accounts. You will own the operational processes and key initiatives that enable leadership to effectively grow and mature accounts. Along the way, you can expect to develop strong commercial operations acumen, executive communication skills, and operational leadership capabilities. As an Account Operations Analyst, you will work from our Dallas office on a highly collaborative national team to strengthen the operational foundation that supports Pariveda’s long-term growth at large accounts.

Requirements

2-4 years of related working experience, preferably from a professional services or consulting organization
Proactive self-starter who anticipates needs, takes initiative without waiting for direction, and confidently prioritizes what matters most when multiple demands compete
Demonstrated ability to build and manage operational processes, templates and frameworks
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively with account leads, organizational leadership, and internal functions
Innate curiosity to learn, solve problems, think creatively, and adapt to evolving commercial strategies.
Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to producing an excellent work product
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to translate data into executive-ready insights.
Experience working within CRM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365), Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint
Bachelor’s Degree or comparable experience.
Legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Help shape, manage, and execute a portfolio of operational processes that can be implemented across the firm
Advise and interact directly with account leaders, synthesizing data into actionable insights that support informed decision making.
Identify risks and opportunities on accounts and provide clear, actionable recommendations to leadership to improve account operations
Partner cross-functionally with CVE, account teams, and staffing to enhance the experience of our consultants and drive account growth, including automation where appropriate.
Work with CVE to identify gaps in current processes and suggest process improvements
Maintain knowledge of current capabilities and processes for account operations across the firm
