Account Analyst NSM Insurance Brokers is the brokerage division of Novacore. Going beyond the traditional role of a broker, we take pride in partnering with our clients, serving as thought leaders in the industries we serve and collaborating with top-rated insurance carriers to proactively protect client organizations. Overview: The Account Analyst will support the specialist insurance team (ASD) by handling all technical organizational tasks related to underwriting, risk assessment and strategic market decision making. This role is responsible for ensuring accuracy and consistency of information being processed across the Automotive Aftermarket insurance lines. This is a hybrid position from the Home Office in Conshohocken, PA

Requirements

  • Knowledge of general office practice and procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Demonstrated teamwork and ability to support multiple individuals.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; working knowledge of Excel a must.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and possess great time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Process and issue all certificates of insurance & evidence of property as needed per client.
  • Continuous follow-up with clients and completion of processing for payment reminders and cancellations of non-payment of premium for P1.
  • Administer Reinstatements and Final Cancellations.
  • Prepare billing form renewals & cancellations, assigning to appropriate team members for completion of the task.
  • Handle all client billing inquiries via email and phone including request for reinstatement and taking payments as needed.
  • Utilize internal systems (ResourcePro) for policy and task processing.
  • Partner with accounting team for direct bill transactions.
  • Issue Auto ID cards on a client need basis.
  • Process minor endorsement requests.
  • Prepare renewal solicitation, ensuring it’s 45 days in advance of renewal
  • Order and manage the process for Loss Runs, MVRs, and Loss Summaries.
  • Create and maintain all electronic files.
  • Assist with recording final status of renewals at EOM.
  • Other duties as assigned by Account Management team.
