About The Position

We are seeking a K–12 Account Manager to grow business within the Baltimore-area school systems. This role is focused on new business development and territory expansion, ideal for a sales professional who thrives on prospecting and opening new accounts.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience in technology or solutions-based selling
  • Direct experience selling into K–12 school systems
  • Proven ability to prospect, present, and close new business
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and results-driven
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new business with public and private school districts
  • Manage and grow a defined local territory
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Conduct in-person meetings with school district decision-makers
  • Use a consultative sales approach to identify customer needs
  • Track sales activity, opportunities, and forecasts in a CRM
  • Meet or exceed established revenue targets
