  • Foster strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met with precision.
  • Act as the main point of contact for our clients, addressing their inquiries, managing expectations, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Regularly assess the quality of service delivery through detailed inspections and feedback channels, always striving for excellence.
  • Look for opportunities to expand services within existing accounts, showcasing the full range of solutions City Wide has to offer.
  • Work closely with our operations team and contractors to ensure that contracts are fulfilled and that our clients are thrilled with our services!
  • 2+ years of experience in account management or customer service, particularly in a B2B environment.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships with a proactive, customer-centric attitude.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, that allow you to interact confidently with clients and team members.
  • A team player who collaborates well with others and contributes to a fun, energetic work environment.
  • Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
