As an Account Manager at Datarails, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of existing customer accounts. Your primary focus will be on driving expansion revenue through upsells and cross-sells, fostering long-term relationships, and ensuring customers derive maximum value from the Datarails platform. You’ll work closely with Customer Success Managers to identify growth opportunities and partner with Solutions Consultants or Product as needed to close deals. This position is 100% remote-based anywhere in the United States or Canada. No sponsorship or relocation assistance is available.
