Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years in sales or account management, ideally within healthcare.
  • A proven record of exceeding sales goals.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a relationship-first mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and customer-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce a plus) and Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with healthcare systems and regulations is a bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
  • Develop strategies to expand existing accounts while uncovering new business opportunities.
  • Conduct needs assessments to understand client challenges, then present tailored solutions that truly fit.
  • Negotiate, close deals, and ensure agreements are executed seamlessly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across marketing, recruiting, and operations to deliver top-tier client experiences.
  • Track performance metrics, share insights with leadership, and continuously look for ways to improve.
  • Resolve issues quickly, strengthen relationships, and implement strategies that boost satisfaction and retention.
