About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Client Guide to join our team as a Payment Processing and POS Account Manager in the Delray, Florida area. This role is ideal for a disciplined, self-starting college graduate with prior sales experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working independently, and excels in customer relations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required (preferred majors include Finance, Business, Mathematics, or related fields).
  • Prior sales experience required, with a proven track record in managing accounts and cold calling.
  • Strong technical skills, with proficiency in payment processing technology and POS systems.
  • Excellent math skills for analyzing fees and transactional data.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently without constant supervision.
  • Customer service skills with a proven ability to manage challenging customer interactions.
  • Clear, effective communication skills to work with both tech-savvy and non-technical clients.
  • Ability to handle tough conversations with clients, particularly in retention scenarios.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support client accounts in payment processing and POS systems, ensuring a smooth experience for our clients.
  • Address client concerns with professionalism, particularly regarding credit card disbursement delays, to retain clients with excellent service and problem-solving skills.
  • Assist clients in understanding their fees, provide clear explanations, and offer solutions to minimize costs.
  • Help clients set up and troubleshoot payment processing and POS technology.
  • Conduct cold calls and schedule on-site visits with clients, making at least 10 visits per day to focus on relationship-building and retention.
  • Track all visits and interactions in the CRM, ensuring accurate and timely data updates.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, provide insights to clients, and improve customer experience.
