The Account Manager (AM) plays a critical role in ensuring the satisfaction and retention of Buildertrend's customers. One of the key responsibilities is to establish strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and aligning the company's core platform and services to meet those requirements. AMs act as advocates for our customers within the organization, serving as a bridge between the customer and various departments such as sales, marketing, and product development. You work proactively to identify potential issues, address concerns, and provide solutions that enhance the overall customer experience. Through effective communication and a deep understanding of the customers goals, the Account Manager aims to drive customer loyalty, prevent churn, drive revenue, and contribute to the long-term success of both the customer and Buildertrend. In addition to relationship building, the Account Manager will collaborate with customers to help them maximize the value derived from Buildertrend's core platform and service offerings. This involves providing guidance on best practices offering discovery calls, training sessions, strategic business reviews and ensuring that customers have the necessary resources to achieve their desired outcomes. AMs will analyze customer usage data, health scores, and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement or upselling additional features or cross selling services that align with the customers evolving needs, Ultimately, the role of an Account Manager is multifaceted, encompassing elements of customer service, account management, training, and strategic consulting to create a positive and mutually beneficial partnership between Buildertrend and its customers.
