About The Position
This position is located on site in our Monterey, CA office. Your Way Fresh, a sister company of PRO*ACT, is looking for a dynamic individual to join our team! Some of the key responsibilities include Sales Growth & Account Management, where you will support organizational growth by increasing business with existing National Accounts and processed products, customers/clients and support the General Manager in cultivating new opportunities. You will handle an account base of existing YWF customers with specific growth goals, cultivate/expand existing business relationships with regular communications focusing on program compliance and growth opportunities within the account, and assist the General Manager with quarterly business reviews when requested. You will utilize and maintain all key opportunities and communication in the YWF CRM, use Data and Analytics to achieve customized business solutions for contracted clients, and act as the voice of the customer with processors that service them to maintain compliance and service levels. Additionally, you will facilitate and mediate communication between internal support and external clients to fulfill contractual obligations, ensure that client projects and services are implemented according to schedule, identify opportunities to increase performance with existing contract accounts, and manage the budget for travel related to client visits and support. Ongoing Client Support includes meeting all client satisfaction targets, maintaining high levels of client retention through the delivery of excellent, client-focused services, managing resources to maximize client access to service of the highest quality, building and protecting client confidence by applying creative solutions to all issues that arise, working with accounting to ensure accounts receivables are current, being the expert for customer required tools and applications (Arrowstream), and monitoring and managing the customer order process with the assigned processors.
