About The Position

MiQ is seeking an Account Manager to join our dynamic team in New York, NY. This role is pivotal in protecting and growing client relationships across a diverse portfolio of advertisers. As an Account Manager, you will be empowered to deliver best-in-class service, strategic insights presentations, and uphold operational excellence within the company. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with various internal teams, including sales, trading, product, and analytics, to work on campaigns for some of the world's most recognized brands. In this position, you will be responsible for crafting and presenting insightful reports that blend campaign performance with real business challenges, effectively telling a story with MiQ data. Your contributions will be crucial in business retention and growth, as you will identify incremental opportunities, strategize new solutions, and recommend additional products and channels to enhance client satisfaction. You will support a portfolio of clients, ensuring optimal performance by working closely with the Trading team to meet campaign pacing goals. Project management will also be a key aspect of your role, as you will coordinate with your regional team to meet client demands and exceed expectations. You will help identify gaps and establish strategic processes for new product rollouts, ensuring that all client deliverables are of the highest quality and delivered on time. Internal collaboration is essential, and you will work with teams across regions to foster thought leadership and product diversification. Regular training and accreditation will be part of your responsibilities to maintain current product knowledge. Communication is vital in this role, as you will lead weekly syncs and client performance review meetings, keeping all teams aligned on updates and next steps. You will articulate how MiQ's agnostic approach and trading technology set us apart from competitors. Additionally, you will strategize within the Account Management department to grow existing client business and stay informed about industry trends to serve as a trusted advisor to both internal teams and clients.
