Position Summary As an Account Manager at Ease.io, you’ll own and grow a portfolio of enterprise manufacturing customers by driving adoption, retention, and expansion. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders by helping customers maximize value from EASE, identify improvement opportunities, and achieve measurable outcomes across quality and safety initiatives. In this role, you’ll partner closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to strengthen long-term relationships, uncover new use cases, and execute strategic account plans that support renewals and growth.
