Account Manager at Handoff Weâre hiring an Account Manager to own upsells, tier upgrades, and expansion across a growing book of business. Youâll partner closely with activated customers to identify value gaps, maximize usage, and lead conversations that drive expansion revenue and long-term retention. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in post-sale growth environmentsâcombining commercial acumen with product fluency to grow accounts predictably.
