Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities to expand the company’s market share.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through frequent connection and communication.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues.
  • Schedule and conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss their needs, review performance, capacity, backlog, progress, job status, legacy work, and present product solutions.
  • Manage and monitor client VMI programs, evaluating aging inventory levels in collaboration with client to absorb excess inventory.
  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and implement account plans to maximize sales opportunities and achieve targets.
  • Monitor account performance, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to the President or key stakeholders.
  • Ensure excellent customer service regardless of the size of the customer.
  • Work closely with the sales team, Engineering, Quality, and Quality Assurance to ensure a cohesive approach to market.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
  • Print materials needed for production orders (prints, criteria, C of C, etc.)
  • Provide feedback to all relevant teams based on client interactions and market trends.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for the President and senior management.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to account management and sales performance.
  • Utilize sales intelligence to inform strategic decisions and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to grow the amount of business with existing clients.
  • Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, ultimately driving business growth.
  • Conform to ISO13485, 21 CFR Part 820, and medical device industry requirements
  • Other work-related tasks as assigned
