The Account Manager, as part of the Account Management team in the Customer Services department, handles the routine processing of incoming registrations and supplemental documents, as well as recurring administrative tasks for which the team is responsible. This involves creating new accounts and making updates to existing accounts while providing excellent customer service to clients. The Account Manager is expected to accomplish these duties in an efficient and accurate manner to provide clients with timely service and maximized pay-through rates. This role requires in-office attendance twice per week, and additionally as business needs dictate.
