About The Position

The Account Manager, as part of the Account Management team in the Customer Services department, handles the routine processing of incoming registrations and supplemental documents, as well as recurring administrative tasks for which the team is responsible. This involves creating new accounts and making updates to existing accounts while providing excellent customer service to clients. The Account Manager is expected to accomplish these duties in an efficient and accurate manner to provide clients with timely service and maximized pay-through rates. This role requires in-office attendance twice per week, and additionally as business needs dictate.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proven capacity to work independently, think critically, multi-task, and report progress under tight deadlines

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce and/or database experience is a plus
  • Customer Service experience and/or knowledge of music genres is a plus
  • Post-secondary education or certification is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and process new registrations by creating new accounts
  • Update existing accounts by processing supplemental documents/tasks
  • Provide excellent customer service via email and phone
  • Conduct document completion or clarification outreach to clients
  • Meet SLA requirements to ensure timely customer satisfaction
  • Adhere to team and departmental best practices and guidelines to uphold quality standards
  • Engage with internal teams to ensure accurate information flow and to resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Work on special projects as needed (ex. provide cross-trained support, additional performer data review)
