Requirements

  • 2 – 3 years of experience in cross-channel media.
  • Demonstrated understanding of online marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Working knowledge of project management and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and agency partners.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing work environment and perform under pressure.
  • Results-oriented mindset with independent decision-making ability.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills to make data-driven recommendations.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and derive insights for actionable recommendations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills, and cross-functional leadership experience in a client-facing role.

  • Working knowledge of project management and CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Help clients allocate digital media budgets and develop digital media plans across multiple online channels, including media, email, website, mobile, and social media.
  • Evaluate and analyze program results, presenting recommendations for strategic adjustments.
  • Leverage metrics and research to define and track performance against client objectives, adjusting strategies as new data emerges.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of client financials, strategic goals, product roadmaps, and competitive dynamics.
  • Identify new online marketing opportunities and collaborate with internal and client teams to test and implement new tactics.
  • Oversee day-to-day management of client engagements, including status reports, monthly meetings, and ongoing account support.
  • Assist with campaign analysis, optimization, and strategic recommendations.
  • Document client requirements, participate in meetings and presentations, and provide best practice recommendations.
