Challenger Pallet & Supply is expanding, and we're looking for a high-energy, relationship-focused Sales Representative to lead growth efforts across our Northern Region -including Idaho, Montana, Wyoming and beyond. Based out of our Idaho Falls, ID facility, you'll join a driven team committed to delivering quality, sustainability, and customer-first service . What You'll Be Doing You'll be the go-to resource for new and existing customers across the North Region-building strong partnerships and delivering smart pallet solutions. Expect variety, autonomy, and impact. Your role will include: Prospecting & Outreach – Identify new business opportunities through cold calls, referrals, site visits, and networking. Customer Relationship Management – Build long-term, trust-based relationships with key accounts. Problem Solving & Solutions Selling – Understand client needs and recommend the best-fit products and services. Sales Presentations & Negotiation – Present value-driven proposals and close deals that benefit both sides. Account Development – Grow business within existing accounts while expanding into new markets across the North Region. Cross-Team Coordination – Work closely with Production, Logistics, and Sales Coordination to ensure timely, accurate service. Performance Reporting – Track sales activities, forecast opportunities, and contribute to continuous improvement. You'll report to the Sales Manager and collaborate with a supportive, high-performing team.
