Requirements

  • 3-5 plus year’s sales and management experience in building maintenance, facility management or equivalent experience.
  • High School diploma required; bachelor’s degree highly desirable.
  • Highly detail oriented and excellent follow-through on commitments.
  • Positive and outgoing personality; great at building relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and strong written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of CRM database.
  • Must have reliable transportation.

  • Bilingual a plus but not required

Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management : Build and nurture strong client relationships, focusing on retaining clients and discovering new opportunities for service growth and expansion.
  • Operational Excellence : Ensure top-notch service delivery at all client locations, upholding the highest quality and compliance standards while managing contractor relationships, including hiring, negotiations, and performance evaluations.
  • Strategic Problem Solving : Proactively address client concerns, organize site visits, and create strategic solutions that boost client satisfaction and improve operational efficiency.
  • Technology and Reporting : Leverage City Wide’s CRM to effectively manage client interactions, service schedules, and performance reports, ensuring that all data is utilized to enhance service delivery.
