As an account manager at Buildertrend, you will help builders get real value from the tools they use every day to run their business. This role exists to protect and grow customer relationships by making sure customers feel heard, supported and confident in how they use Buildertrend. Your work directly impacts retention, revenue and the long-term success of builders who rely on our platform to stay organized and profitable. After six to 12 months, success looks like trusted customer partnerships, strong renewal health and customers who can clearly connect Buildertrend to better business outcomes.
